That separation is deliberate: a guide that cannot take a booking also has no incentive to inflate a description.

Amenities are mentioned only when the supplied material supports them. The guide does not invent restaurant names, spa programmes, room counts or renovation years. Dining and resort facilities may be acknowledged at a general level when the category implies them; named outlets are left to the listing.
Surroundings receive the same restraint. A waterfront property is described with shoreline in mind; a downtown hotel is described with the city in mind. Distance claims in minutes, rankings and guest scores do not appear.
